Short Tour and Glass Cutting Demonstration
Come and meet the family, learn about our unique Crystal then stand beside our Master Craftsmen and watch in amazement as they create our Celtic designs on crystal using traditional stone cutting-wheels!
Short Tours and Demonstrations are free of charge. Pre-booking is encouraged but not always necessary as we will accommodate you on the next available tour.
This is a rare opportunity to tour in one of the few remaining crystal factories in Ireland today and the only opportunity to view the creation of traditional Irish design on crystal, freehand and from memory.
Photography is permitted and questions are encouraged.
Master Cutter Experience
Our Master Cutter Experience offers an amazing opportunity to have one of our Master Cutters cut a design on a bowl, especially for you. A private experience to create the ultimate, personalised souvenir of your visit to Ireland!
Our Master Cutter Experience is suitable for small groups of 2-6 persons and takes approximately 35 minutes. You will be met on arrival by a family member and guided throughout your Experience. We begin with a tour of our Crystal Gallery where you can explore the exquisite, one-of-a-kind Crystal we specialise in creating and learn about the history of our designs and techniques.
You will then be introduced to one of our talented master cutters and watch him cut a design on a bowl, especially for your group. You can choose between a Shamrock or Claddagh Ring design with Celtic Knotwork banding and our signature Irish Rose design on the base.
The bowl will be finished, signed by our master cutter and posted to you, usually within 4-6 weeks.

Ultimate Master Cutter Experience - Sold Out 2024
Our Ultimate Master Cutter experience offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create your own unique piece of Connemara Celtic Crystal.
A VIP Craft Experience!
The Ultimate Experience takes approximately 2-2.5hrs. You will be personally welcomed and guided by a family member and given a tour of our Crystal Gallery where you can explore the exquisite, one-of-a-kind Crystal we specialise in creating. You are then introduced to one of our most experienced Master Cutters and invited to watch him give a short demonstration of his craft. Afterwards, you will be escorted to a private area to enjoy some light refreshments, chose your piece of crystal and plan your unique design in consultation with the master-cutter.
Once your design has been chosen, you will visit the work area where you can watch as the main elements of your design are brought to life on your unique piece of crystal.
Your unique piece of crystal will be finished, polished, signed by the master-cutter and shipped to your address, usually in 4-6 weeks.
There is a minimum charge of €400 for the ultimate experience in addition to the cost of the piece chosen.
